Returns Policy
If for any reason you wish to return an item purchased from Crates4Dogs please follow the procedure outlined below;
1. Please send an email within 7 days of receipt to returns@crates4dogs.co.uk, with the following information - your name, your customer number, the invoice number of the item you wish to return, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for return (if the item arrived damaged we will then contact you and arrange replacement).
2. Having received a reply from us please repack the item, ensuring it is sufficiently protected during transit. Please also ensure that the item is in the condition in which it arrived (ie, fully packaged and undamaged). Goods received in a less than satisfactory condition will not be refunded. Crates4Dogs takes no responsibility for any items damaged or lost in transit during the return journey. The cost of return must be met in full by the customer; packages with incorrect postage will be considered as lost in transit, and no refund will be given until any outstanding costs are met (including penalties).
