How much will it cost for my goods to be delivered from Crates4Dogs?

Crates and Pods will normally be delivered by Courier, Orders placed for these before noon from Monday to Thursday will normally be despatched the same day and be delivered the following day. Orders placed before noon on Friday  will normally be delivered on Monday, afternoon  orders on Friday and weekend orders should be delivered on Tuesday. Courier costs ARE only £8.25 for up to 20kgs.

Otherwise the cost of post and packaging varies from item to item. It is our policy to try and ensure this is done in as cost effective a way as possible, whilst still ensuring the products you buy reach you in good time and good order. Postage and packaging costs are calculated from the items that you order. They are clearly displayed in the process of taking your items to the checkout and before any payment is due.

How long will it take for the item I have ordered to be dispatched?

Items ordered before noon will be dispatched the same working day provided that we have the items in stock. If an item is out of stock you will be informed during the ordering process and given an estimated delivery time before making the purchase. Items ordered after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Items ordered at weekends will be dispatch the next working day (i.e. Monday unless a Bank Holiday).

When and how will you receive your goods from Crates4Dogs?

To maintain our philosophy of efficient service to you, we have chosen to use Royal Mail's "Recorded Signed For" and "Standard Parcels" service. Recorded Signed For - will be chosen for those smaller orders up to the value of £30 (except for small Pods which will be despatched  - like more expensive Pods -by courier)  A signature will be asked for on delivery and by using the First Class Recorded rate, most small items arrive by the next working day. Standard Parcels - will be chosen for larger items and orders over the value of £30. The Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel, that will include compensation cover up to the value of £500, within three to five working days after posting.

What happens if my goods are delivered damaged or even lost?

We do hope that this will never be experienced, but would ask you to contact our office in the first instance at returns@crates4dogs.co.uk via our contact form. We would then need to advise the Royal Mail who will then send you the relevant paperwork to complete, asking you to also confirm your issue in writing.
